Kortpress now also supports Zapier: the leading tool for automating workflows and integrating applications.
Zapier integrates web applications for efficient data transfer and automation.
Zaps automate tasks between apps through triggers and actions.
Zapier saves time and costs, minimizes errors and improves transparency and quality.
Online tool
Zapier is an online tool that integrates over 2,000 applications and makes it possible to automate workflows. Using the “if this, then that” principle, it signals an application to perform an action when a certain event occurs in another app. This saves time and resources by simplifying manual processes.
Feature
Zapier is user-friendly and requires no programming skills to create automated workflows. With over 2,000 “Zaps”, it connects almost every tool you work with.
Use Case
Create and manage your Apple and Google wallets in Kortpress with Zapier. Create cards to your template as actions or use our triggers to react to certain actions. With our triggers, marketing actions can be performed after the card is created or scanned, such as sending emails or adding customers to specific lists.
A Zap is an internal term for the workflows that you can create in Zapier. Each Zap has a trigger (“what happened”) and one or more actions (“what should be done”). When you activate your Zap, it executes the actions each time the trigger event occurs.
To ensure that your Zap works properly, you need sample data. Before you start your Zap, make sure that you perform a trigger action. For example, if a new person fills out your Typeform questionnaire and you want to send them an email, fill out the questionnaire first. This will allow Zapier to identify the fields for the name, email address, and other personalization tokens.
A trigger is an event that starts your Zap. An example of this would be that every time you receive an email, a text message should be sent. In this case, the arrival of a new email in your inbox acts as a trigger.
An action is an event that is performed after a trigger occurs. For example, if you want to send a text message every time you receive an email, the action is to send a text message.
An app is a web service or an application such as Google Docs, Slack or Salesforce that you want to connect.
